How much US pays to kill a person in pakistan?

Well, has anyone thought about how much a US citizen pays to kill a human in Pakistan?

The numbers are unbelievable.

It’s sad to see that a few people in this world are treated with utmost care and concern (at least that’s the perception), and a few others whose life is just a token to be put in a slot machine to gamble. The odds of winning, as you all know, in a slot machine, are really low. But we do it none-the-less.
Talking about Pakistan, and just considering the last 5 years, has been pretty much remained the same. Never came up, never went down. Just is there. Like a note floating in any Mozart’s Symphony. People around the world have discussed, discussed and debated more about what is going wrong and what needs to be done. Most of them were politicians of different parties across the globe.
These, so called dignitaries, are the most ill suited people for this job. They do play an important role. The role of observing the dynamics of the society from outside and giving the opinion to the people of Pakistan. But these people are not true to what they say. Not because they are all dishonest. Because, they are short lived. They are inclined to a short term solutions. And this is because they have a short term to be held accountable for. For example, Condoleezza Rice did a good job. She might have made a few mistakes. Well, more than few. But it’s not her problem anymore. Someone else replaces her and changes all the things she did right. At least we need to keep what she did right. And fix what she couldn’t fix. Its more like we reinvent the wheel again and again and again.
And what do these, so called dignitaries, do? Give Aid. Give more aid. People around the world have come to believe that money can buy everything. And that’s exactly what we do today in Pakistan. Pay money to buy lifes.
Coming to calculations of showing how much a US Citizen pays to kill a person in Pakistan, lets consider the aid given by US to Pakistan since 2003.

Total aid : 8.498 Billion US Dollars since 2003.

Reference : http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2008%5C03%5C07%5Cstory_7-3-2008_pg7_53

Total number of non-terrorists killed in Pakistan since 2003 : 7156
Total number to terrorists killed in Pakistan since 2003 : 6329
Total number of people killed in Pakistan : 13485

Reference : http://www.satp.org/satporgtp/countries/pakistan/

Now, let’s see how much US paid to Pakistan to terminate these people.

Cost per non-terrorist : 8.498 / 7156 = $ 1, 187, 534.94
Cost per terrorist : 8.498 / 6329 = $ 1, 342, 708.17
Cost per person = 8.498 / 13485 = $ 630, 181.683
Now let’s consider the population of US : 303,500,000 (early 2008).

This means that a US citizen pays about $28 to murder someone in Pakistan alone. Whether or not you choose to believe this is up to you. But you cannot disagree with the fact.

It may be argued that my calculations are totally skewed and obscure. I cannot disagree on that. And I choose to disagree to disagree.
Terrorists / extremists / soldiers, all need tools to kill people. All need money to buy tools. All need some inside man to get the Trojan in. I assume that most of the people will agree with me that Pakistan once nurtured these people. And is still doing. Some things never change. Some things are hard to change. People can’t buy weapons if there is no money. People can’t think if they are hungry. People can’t do anything if they are worried about something. For people to take time out to plot, they need to be well fed and be jobless.
Given that fact that Pakistan has stayed exactly where it was 5 years ago, the money that was given to Pakistan should have gone somewhere. Where exactly is matter of debate. But I presume that a chunk of it has definitely gone to the killers. Others to pseudo development. The rest, read bulk, dripped in the cracks of corruption.
Whatever is the truth, had US not given aid to Pakistan, Pakistan would have been in more poverty and the people taking up arms would have first thought about finding 2 square meals. Not that the killings would have stopped. It would be much less as recruiting people would be tough. People don’t gamble if they are hungry. People gamble when they are not hungry. Human psyche is one thing. Humans' hunger instinct is another.
